Remuneration
in the Station
1.
Enough
outlays: There are enough outlays for scientific research and
everyday expenditure. The special outlay for scientific research is
5-10 million RMB per year and that for everyday expenditure is 30-70
thousand RMB.

Enough
pay: A monthly salary of RMB 8000 +
Award by the general manager of the Corporation

Good
working conditions: The postdoctor working in the station will have
his or her own office and PCs£¨a
table one and a notebook£©.
The remuneration for postdoctors is the same as executive department
managers including medical service and traveling allowances. We will
arrange a tutor and 3-5 assistants including 1 or 2 postgraduates
for each research group. The postdoctor will be the head of the
research group. All the assistants in the research group must spend
80% of his working time on the research subject. Postdoctors are
welcome to do research work in the station after they finish their
research subjects.
4.
Good
living conditions: Luxurious apartments for experts are now under
construction. We provide each postdoctor with a decorated unit of
three bedrooms and one sitting room as well as necessary furniture
and household appliances such as phone, color TV, air-conditioner,
refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Those who do not need houses will
have household allowances of RMB500 per month. Jobs for spouses and
education for children are also provided and the later enjoy welfare
as those of the employees of the Corporation. If spouses come to
work at Jinan Steel, they may do their former jobs as they like and
their income is guaranteed not less than before.
